Program rules
- Anyone can propose outreach; the team reviews each proposal before any allocation.
- Allocations are at the team’s discretion: it decides whether to approve outreach, when to send CST and how much. Outreach that isn’t approved receives nothing.
- Spam, bought followers or engagement, and misleading claims, including claims about what CST is worth, don’t count.
- Say that you may receive CST whenever you post about Cosmic Signature.
